This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, credits, and cancellations for purchases made from CLSDleads LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms set forth below, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Offers, coupons, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is handled.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results or reach any particular goal from purchasing our products or services. All information provided is for informational purposes only and is used at your own risk. We do not provide legal, investment, professional, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions and actions resulting from your use of our products or services.

Refunds and Credits

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to use a purchased service or product, you may be eligible for a store credit at our sole discretion, provided your request is made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled service or event. Store credits are not guaranteed and may be denied for any reason. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Event Tickets and Live Events

All event ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a store credit at least 15 days before the event, subject to approval. Tickets received as part of a promotion, bundle, or as a bonus are not eligible for credit or rollover. Tickets may not be rolled over more than once and expire 12 months after the original event date if not redeemed. Hotel accommodations included with event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or service using a payment plan, you are responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon payments. Failure to complete payments will result in forfeiture of access and no refund for payments made. For event tickets with payment plans, the plan must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event or the ticket and any included accommodations will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or substitute any product, service, or event at our sole discretion. If an event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets will be rolled over to the next available date. If an event cannot be rescheduled within 180 days, a store credit may be issued. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
