Give us either a phone number or an email address, whichever you gave when you submitted an insurance inquiry. That is all we need, and we will not ask you to verify your identity before we act on an opt-out.

Reg §7026(a) asks for more than one method and these are the others. They are equally valid and equally free. Email support@clsdleads.io or call (844) 643-2573. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf; we will ask for proof of the authorization, which is a different question from proving who you are.
