Team performance

How to read the Team Performance page, what each number counts, and how to narrow it to one group, one agent or a different period.

Before you start

  • A group you lead, so the Team section shows in your left sidebar

Tip

Pick one person under the Agent control to see their numbers on their own.

Team Performance shows how your organization did over a period compared with the period right before it. This article explains the filters, the four totals, the chart and the agent table.

Opening the page

Under Team in the left sidebar, click Team Performance. It is there only if you lead a group. The badge at the top right shows how many people are in your organization. It does not change when you narrow the filters. Manage Team takes you to the roster. See Managing your team and inviting members.

Choosing what to look at

Three controls sit above the numbers and apply to everything below them.

  • Period. Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months. The page opens on the last 30 days. The line underneath shows the exact dates, then "compared with" and the dates of the previous period of the same length.
  • Level or group. Pick one group to narrow to it and everything beneath it. The default, Everything in reach, is your whole organization.
  • Agent. Pick one person. The default is Everyone.

Clear removes the group and agent choices. The circular arrow button at the right of the filter row reloads the numbers.

The four totals

Each tile shows the figure for the current period, the change against the previous period as a percentage, and the previous figure after "vs".

Important

Everything on this page counts Premier orders, by the date the order was paid. An order paid inside the period counts in full, even if some of its leads are still arriving. Warehouse and Premier Overflow purchases are not included.

  • Leads. The number of leads on orders paid during the period.
  • Paid orders. How many orders were paid during the period.
  • Delivered. How many leads from those orders have been delivered so far. This count includes a lead that was later replaced, so it can read higher than the Delivered figure on the order itself.
  • Replacement rate. Replacement requests on those orders as a share of the leads delivered, to one decimal place.

When the previous period had nothing to compare against, the tile reads New this period instead of a percentage, or No change if both periods were empty. Green means better and red means worse. For replacement rate, lower is better, so a drop is the green one.

No dollar figures appear on this page.

The chart and the agent table

Leads per day

The chart plots leads per day for the current period (This period) against the previous one (Previous) on a single axis, with day 1 as the first day of each period. If no orders were paid in either period it reads No leads in this period.

Leads by agent

The table has three columns, Agent, Leads and Paid orders, with a bar showing each agent's share. It ranks the agents in view by leads for the current period and shows the top 10. If there are more, the heading says Top 10 of the total, and you can pick one person under Agent to see their numbers on their own. If nobody in view paid for an order in the period, it reads No agent activity in this period.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the badge at the top not change when I filter?

The badge shows how many people are in your whole organization. The filters narrow the numbers below it, and the badge stays the same.

Why are my Warehouse or Premier Overflow purchases missing?

The page counts Premier orders only, by the date each order was paid. Warehouse and Premier Overflow purchases are not included.

What does New this period mean on a tile?

The previous period had nothing to compare against, so there is no percentage to show. If both periods were empty the tile reads No change instead.

Why is a drop in replacement rate shown in green?

For replacement rate, lower is better, so a drop is the improvement and gets the green color.
