Buying aged leads in the Warehouse
How to filter the Warehouse, build a cart, pay, and find your aged leads afterwards.
5 min read
Before you start
- A saved card, or one ready to enter at checkout
- A place for the leads to go (email, Google Sheets, or LeadConnector)
Tip
Click an age chip a second time to see every band again.
The Warehouse sells older leads at lower prices. This covers filtering, the cart, paying, and where the leads land afterwards.
Opening the store
Signed in, click Warehouse under Stores in the left sidebar. Signed out, open /warehouse on the site. You can browse without an account, and the store asks Who should we deliver to? when you first add leads to the cart.
Filtering what you see
- Type picks the lead type. Only types we can sell you right now appear. Switching type with leads in your cart is blocked. The store says Finish this cart first and asks you to check out or clear it.
- English and Spanish switch the language. Switching with leads in your cart clears the cart, and the store asks first.
- The age chips, for example 31-90 days, narrow the map to one band. Each chip shows the band, with its current price per lead beside it. Click it again to see all ages.
Next to the chips, match is how many leads fit your filters and available is everything the store could sell you right now in that lead type and language. Neither counts leads sitting in another buyer's cart.
Adding leads to your cart
Step 1. Pick a state
Click a state on the map, or pick one from Select a state... in the Add to cart panel.
Step 2. Add a band or the whole state
The panel lists each age band with its count and price per lead. Type a quantity and click Add, or click All to take every lead in that band. The Add all button at the top of the panel takes everything in the state. Its label names the state and the count.
Step 3. Adjust the cart
Your cart appears below the map, one card per state. Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust each band, or Clear all to start over.
Warning
The cart shows Holding your leads for with a countdown. The hold is ten minutes, refreshed whenever you add or remove leads or open checkout. If it runs out, the leads go back into stock. You can hold up to 500 leads at once, counted across the Warehouse and Premier Overflow together. An add that would take you past 500 is trimmed to fit, so you may get fewer than you asked for.
Checking out
Step 1. Open the checkout drawer
Click the checkout button on the cart bar. It names the lead count and the subtotal. The drawer lists your cart by age band and state, with an Order summary and the Total.
Step 2. Pick payment and delivery
Signed in, pick a Payment Method and at least one entry under Delivery Methods (Email, Google Sheets, or LeadConnector). Signed out, the leads go by email and a Google Sheet to the address you gave.
Step 3. Pay
Click the pay button, which shows your total. A saved card is charged right away. If the payment step opens instead, enter your card, check the box that begins Leads are sold as is., and click the pay button again. The box confirms you accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Exclusivity Policy.
Important
Each purchase carries an exclusivity period, stated in the Exclusivity Policy. Warehouse sales are final once the leads are delivered. If a lead is invalid or does not meet our quality standards, the remedy is a replacement rather than a refund. See What qualifies for a replacement and Refunds.
After you buy
These leads already exist, so paying sends them out to the delivery methods you chose. You also get an email saying your leads are ready.
Open Orders in the sidebar. Your purchase shows Warehouse in the Status column, above a status of Paid. Click Actions on the row for View Order or Download CSV. The order page lists every lead and the price per band. See Finding your orders.
An unpaid order shows Pending. Remove it with Delete Order, or it is canceled after 2 hours without payment and the leads return to the store.
Troubleshooting
Why does the store say Finish this cart first?
You tried to switch the lead type with leads in your cart. A cart belongs to one lead type, so check out or clear it, then switch.
I added leads and got fewer than I asked for
You hit the cap. You can hold up to 500 leads at once, counted across the Warehouse and Premier Overflow together, and an add that would take you past 500 is trimmed to fit.
My cart emptied on its own
The hold ran out. The cart holds your leads for ten minutes, refreshed whenever you add or remove leads or open checkout, and when the countdown reaches zero the leads go back into stock. Switching the language also clears the cart, though the store asks first.
What is the One-time offer panel after a Premier order?
After you pay for a Premier order you may see a panel labeled One-time offer. It offers Warehouse leads in the same states, lead type and language as that order, with a per lead discount shown on the panel. Set a quantity, check the consent box, and click the add button, which shows the count and the total. They arrive as a separate Warehouse order on the card you just used. It appears once, on the confirmation screen. No thanks skips it.
